His check ups have been really good first week was just for weight and he had gained 3 oz. He was 6.11 at birth and when we left the hospital he was 6.5. At first check up he was 6.8 then at his 2 weeks he was 7.0!!! 8 oz in 6 days and he was 21 1/2 inches long almost 2 inches since birth!!!
Here you can see in his eyes how much he cries...red swollen and puffy...my poor little man. Its so hard not knowing how to sooth or make your baby happy or if the colic hurts make them feel better.
Look what he was doing!! He loved it but I can't seem to get it back in there!

I feel for you with the colic! Will never have it. However my nephew and I remember trying to help out by walking and bouncing, the only thing that really worked for them was driving around in the backyard until he went to sleep. Prayers and Luck!

He is so precious, even if he is a crier! I remember those days of feeling like a zombie because of lack of sleep. Abe didn't sleep through the night until he was way over a year old!
Hope things get better with the crying and not sleeping well. Maybe he just isn't feeling full and satisfied? We ended up putting Abe on Lactose free formula and it seemed to work for him.
I am sure Morgan is getting plenty of attention. You are just worn out and probably feel like you aren't giving her the attention that she use to get. Kids are tough. I am sure she is fine.
Let me know if there is anything I can do to help.
Oh Brandy! I am so sorry about Myles' tummy problems. He sounds just like Buzzy was when he was a baby. Those first few months were rough. When he cried, I cried! It seemed like the days drug by, but when he was out of it, he was out of it and a much happier little man. I just hope Myles gets out of it soon, because it is so hard on Momma!
Your pictures are so good! Morgan will be fine. I'm sure she is enjoying being a helper. I have been thinking about you a lot too! I am glad to see that you got to post. Call me anytime you need to "whine." (That's what they called my "venting!") I don't mind at all!
Awwe!! I love that picture of him sucking his thumb...how sweet is that!!! I CANT WAIT to come and see your new little man!!! and Morgan :) luv and miss you!!
Hey, I am sure you're overwhelmed with advice but Steve and I went through that with Carter until we took him to Dr. Joines, the chiropractor beside Wal-Mart. In one adjustment he was better. He said that sometimes baby's get kinked through birth. It was really mild, he just used his thumbs to rub his back and it popped like popcorn and within two visits, NO MORE COLIC. I'm serious. You should give it a try.
Hey.. I know how wore out and tired you are.. but i just want you to know how you amaze me at how wonderful of a mom you are! Even though you are wore completely out you just keep going and love every minute of it. You know i am here if you need me. You should let Morgie spend the day with us tomorrow after Caden's Party, they will have new stuff to play with and it will give you a little of a break..LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!!!
Just wanted to say hello and let you know that you are missed!
