Ok I have been out of the bolggy world for a bit and have a lot to catch you all up on.
First I would like to ask for you all to pray for Amanda, my niece, my best friend and blog buddy. They have left for FL but had a great surprise this morning before they left. Eddie went to work and Amanda and the kids, on spring break, had went to McDonalds for breakfast to come home to broken wide open door. Sometimes between 8 and 9 a.m. someone, evil might I say, broke into their home and stole her jewelry and her new camera. Not sure why they didn't take anything else but they didn't. She didn't have her wedding set on so they got that and all of her pretties and some things that were passed down through Eddie's family. To me what is so scary is that this person had to be watching her and her family. People are so sick and so sad!! So please say a prayer that they will catch this evil person and she can reclaim all of her things!!!
Update on me. Well I had to go get my gestational diabetes test this week and the doctors office called to tell me I had failed. Not great news...I have cried and cried. I have worried about the baby and me. How things in our house hold have to change, for the better but still hard to think about. How Momo will adjust to the new changes and if she even will without a fight. There are a lot of things that I will have to do and change to keep healthy during the rest of my pregnancy. Then I got to thinking maybe this is a blessing in disguise since my dad had a heart attack and died at 37 maybe its a way for us to get healthy and stay that way. Shane's dad also has had open heart surgery and if not the blessing for me but for him. I always try to take the good with the bad and make something good out of it. Maybe this is the good of it. I just pray that we, the baby and I, will and can stay healthy and we both don't end up with lifetime diabetes. So if you don't care say a little prayer for us too.
Third I would like to say THANK YOU to all that voted and helped us pick a name for the baby. Although Daddy isn't to happy I think he is getting use to it!!!

Prayers are being said for all of you! We missed you and are glad to have you back in the blogging world. Take care of you and your family. We all need to know your new diet plan because I am sure we could use it!
Is the new baby Gavin or Myles? I know it was a close race.
I failed my first test with Buzzy. Was this the first one or the long 4 hour one? I ate an entire box of girl scout cookies the day before I went. Wonder why my sugar was high??? I go this week for mine, so I am going to TRY to eat healthy all week. Don't worry about the changes. I know change scares me to death. It will be tough at first, but everyone will get used to each other and then you won't be able to imagine it any other way!
OH,MY! Tell Amanda we fellow bloggers are thinking about them.
Girl, you can do it. I'm sure it's scary, but it doesn't mean your unhealthy! Here's to praying that it's just for the length of the pregnancy, but your right, it might be a great, healthy change. Maybe you'll even like the new changes and feel better!
Thanks for all the support ladies!! It has been a easy start and my blood sugar levels have been really good so far. I had one reading of 154 which is a little high and the rest have been 111. Good readings are 80 to 120 for the normal not sure what it is for a pregnant women. I will keep you all updated and tell you what the doctor says Thursday night.
We are eatting a ton a raw veggies and fruit. Boiled eggs and meat, chicken mostly. Everything bread is whole wheat and drinking nothing but skim milk and water. We are eatting 3 cooked meals and 2 snacks a day. I am hoping this helps and I really don't mind the change just wish I could have fresh veggies not to much longer and we will get the garden goods!!
LeAnne it is Myles. I am happy but Daddy not so much so we will see how it grows on him.
